Home Repair

The Home Repair Program provides income-eligible homeowners with interest free loans or grants starting at $3,000 for needed home repairs. Home repairs include accessibility needs and modifications, bathroom repair, masonry repair, door and window replacement, electrical upgrades, furnace repair or replacement, hot water heater repair or replacement, structural repair, and other repairs.

How it works


Step 1: Check your eligibility the 2022 Eligibility Requirements below.

Step 2: Call or email the Home Repair Loan Program with the following information: property address, brief description of the major repairs needed, and let us know if you received a letter from the Office of Housing or other agency.

Step 3: Your application will be reviewed and processed.

Step 4: If your application meets the eligibility requirements, a representative from the Home Repair Program will contact you.

Step 5: The Home Repair Program will connect you with a specialty/general contractor and financing to perform the work.
