Connect All provides unlimited mobile internet service through MobileCitizen/T-Mobile LTE Plus service (up to 150 Mbps) that can share wifi with more than one computer or other wifi enabled device at a time. Hotspot costs $99 and service is 14.95 per month. Refurbished laptops available at approximately $115 and desktop computers for less, depending upon stock availability.
You can provide documentation of receiving public assistance, DSHS recipient or income under 200% of the federal poverty level or 60% of the median area income.
